Why should I hire Peak Athletic Coaching over another company?
Peak Athletic Coaching is more than world class endurance sports coaching. We are heavily invested in the success of our athletes. We create a community atmosphere around our athletes and foster relationships that last a lifetime.

What is the process for getting started with coaching services?
If you have any questions about our services, it is best to email us or schedule a call with us. If you are ready to move forward with coaching, first complete the "Intake Questionnaire" under your desired coaching service. Once completed, a member of our staff will reach out to set up an initial call. The goal of this call is to answer all your questions, help determine which coach is best for you, and then explain the next steps. Once you have agreed on a coach, we will connect you with that coach while we start setting up your account.
How do I know I am getting the right coach for my style of training?
Pairing the right coach with each athlete is critical for success. Our staff takes time to get to know you through an initial questionnaire and through initial conversations. We pair you with the coach who will be the best fit for your goals, style of training, and personality.

Is a coach valuable for a mid-pack age grouper, or first-timer?
Absolutely. Many athletes think they need to be faster or more experienced before they can benefit from a coach, but that is far from the truth. Want help figuring out how to optimize training with your busy work schedule? New to the sport and have a million questions? Want to enjoy your races instead of suffering through them? Want to make some improvements and become more competitive? If any of those questions resonate with you, then coaching will be of value.
Are the coaching services tailored to my needs or are they generic?
All our athletes receive completely custom training plans written by our coaches. Our coaches consider each athletes work/life schedule, their short term and long term goals, and their athletic strengths and weaknesses. Each coach prepares an outline for the season, called a periodization plan, but the day to day training schedule is dynamic and changes based on feedback from previous workouts.
If I no longer need coaching services, what is your cancelation policy?
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not require our athletes to commit to a specific time period for coaching. We realize that outside factors can disrupt training, and we do not want our athletes feeling stuck in a situation that is not ideal. Our cancellation policy is simple. Email your coach, or our staff, and give us a 30-day notice. This will terminate all services in 30 days and you will only owe the balance outstanding through the date of termination.
