STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
The PAC was founded on the mission of creating and maintaining the ideal model of an ambassadors program within the endurance sports industry.
The PAC is seeking to continue growth of strategic partnerships in its existing successful member-centric infrastructure.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager for PAC is in charge of full scope partner relationships. This will include day-to-day activities revolving around: understanding the full product lineup for all partnered brands, creating and executing all sales initiatives, managing all communication with athletes regarding products, and maintaining positive relationships with the brands we represent.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours and location.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Plan all sales forecasting, initiatives, and timelines via CRM (Jira)
Answer 1:1 product questions from athletes
Create and distribute educational product content around sale periods
Coordinate product launches and special sales with partner brands
Manage all group orders and special sales periods
Manage quarterly invoicing and develop KPI’s for sales analysis
Recognize and research outdoor/fitness industry trends
Maintain positive partner relationships
Candidates MUST have in-depth knowledge of the cycling industry, including a comprehensive understanding of bike mechanics in regards to components, compatibility, and trends
Candidates should have a firm understanding of the endurance sports industry: triathlon, cycling, running, swimming, etc.
Preferred skills & experience:
Personal experience as an endurance athlete, especially multi-sport and cycling
Sales, partnership management, and customer service experience
Experience working with CRM platforms and comprehensive Microsoft Excel skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Cross-functional team collaboration
Be a self-starter and manage time efficiently
Candidates should be outgoing, personable, communicative and well-spoken
Candidates must be available, reliable, and professional
Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills
